Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do through the force and insight gained from having a teenaged mind. She's an actress writer, health practitioner and author. The talk-show host hosts as well as produces the show. So it's not surprising that she has earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu's attitude to health has been evident throughout her entire life. Her belief is that good health can make you do whatever you want to do. It wasn't so earlier. When she was a teen, she was a yo-yo dieter and watching her weight go higher. She ate out of emotions and was always sick. Her mother knew when their parents died in their fifties, her mother of ailments caused by arthritis and her dad from a heart attack, she had to remain vigilant about her well-being. Her focus was on fitness, and the best way to optimize the functions of our bodies.
